Working Together

Client Services Agreement

A transparent outline of how we work together, what to expect, and how your travel investment is protected.

Version 1.0Effective April 2026

This Client Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the client named on the associated trip proposal or invoice (“Client”) and Maysem Luxury Travel L.L.C., a Michigan limited liability company operating as an independent contractor with Global Travel host agency (“Advisor” or “we”). By signing a proposal, paying a planning fee, or remitting any deposit for travel arrangements designed by Advisor, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

01

Scope of Services

Advisor provides professional travel consulting, curation, booking, and coordination services for leisure travel arrangements including, but not limited to, luxury resort and villa stays, private transfers, yacht and aviation charters, cruise bookings, guided experiences, and restaurant reservations.

Advisor is not a carrier, hotelier, tour operator, or supplier of any travel component. Advisor arranges services with third-party suppliers on Client’s behalf and is not responsible for the operation or quality of those services once delivered.

02

Planning Fees

A non-refundable planning fee is due at the time Advisor commences custom itinerary design. The planning fee compensates Advisor for the time, expertise, research, and supplier outreach required to curate a bespoke travel experience. The planning fee amount will be disclosed in writing prior to engagement and is separate from the cost of the travel itself.

If Client proceeds with booking an itinerary that Advisor has designed, a portion of the planning fee may, at Advisor’s sole discretion, be credited against the final trip balance.

03

Payments & Deposits

A deposit is typically required to confirm bookings with suppliers. Deposit amounts, schedules, and final payment deadlines vary by supplier and will be communicated to Client in writing before booking. All payments to suppliers are non-transferable between bookings unless expressly allowed by the supplier.

Payments may be submitted by credit card or bank transfer as directed in the final invoice. Client is responsible for any fees imposed by their financial institution or credit card issuer. Failure to pay deposits or balances by the stated deadlines may result in automatic cancellation of reservations without refund.

04

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations and changes are subject to the individual policies of each supplier (hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, airlines, etc.). These policies will be clearly presented to Client before booking. Once deposits or payments have been remitted to a supplier, refunds depend exclusively on that supplier’s cancellation terms.

Advisor’s planning fee is non-refundable regardless of whether Client ultimately travels or cancels the arrangements.

A modification fee may apply to changes requested after an itinerary has been confirmed, particularly where re-booking requires additional supplier coordination.

05

Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended)

Comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation, interruption, medical, and emergency evacuation coverage, is strongly recommended for every client. Advisor will provide information on reputable travel insurance options upon request.

If Client elects to waive travel insurance, Client accepts full financial responsibility for any losses, cancellations, or emergencies not covered by supplier policies.

06

Travel Documents & Eligibility

Client is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documents, including valid passports (generally with at least six months of validity beyond the return date), visas, vaccinations, health certifications, and any country- or destination-specific entry requirements. Advisor will provide general guidance but cannot guarantee accuracy of government policies, which may change without notice.

Advisor is not liable for any denied boarding, entry refusal, or trip disruption resulting from improper, expired, or missing travel documentation.

07

Limitation of Liability

Advisor acts solely as an intermediary between Client and third-party suppliers. Advisor is not responsible for, and shall not be liable for, any acts, errors, omissions, delays, injuries, illnesses, losses, damages, or inconveniences caused by any third-party supplier or by events beyond Advisor’s reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advisor’s total liability to Client for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of planning fees paid by Client to Advisor during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

08

Force Majeure

Neither Advisor nor any supplier shall be liable for delays, cancellations, or failures to perform resulting from causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, government actions, strikes, armed conflict, natural disasters, supplier insolvency, or civil unrest.

09

Host Agency Relationship

Advisor operates as an independent contractor affiliated with Global Travel, a licensed host travel agency. All bookings made through Advisor are processed under Global Travel’s IATA credentials. Global Travel’s own terms and supplier agreements may also apply and will be shared with Client upon request.

10

Privacy & Confidentiality

Advisor will only use information Client provides (passport details, dates of birth, preferences, payment information) for the purpose of arranging Client’s travel. Information will be shared only with suppliers as required to confirm bookings and will never be sold to third parties.

11

Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under or related to this Agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Macomb County, Michigan.

12

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with any trip-specific proposal, supplier terms, and final invoice, constitutes the entire agreement between Advisor and Client and supersedes all prior discussions or representations. Amendments must be made in writing and agreed to by both parties.
